Job Description:

Organising and conducting internal training of the staff with a focus on good hygiene practice
Detecting non-compliant products (like fresh, canned-packaged products)
Confirmation and evaluation of effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions
Identification of food safety hazards
Risk assessment and determination of critical control points
Preparation of internal inspections
Record and present inspection reports

Required Qualifications:

A Higher Education Degree or a Hotel School Diploma
3 years' experience in the same or similar position
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
Excellence knowledge of computers
EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
