Job Description:
  • Knowing about the business and ensuring that the Spa meets its targets
  • Scheduling and promoting sales, responsible for booking management, maintaining the operating hours, charges, treatments, products and spa goods and merchandise
  • Ensuring the maximum satisfaction of the guests
  • Managing the various income and expenditure flows relating to the Spa operation
  • Knowing and promoting the packages, offers and prices of the Spa
  • Ensuring that high customer care level is being maintained throughout the Spa department
  • Conducting the therapists' training regarding body treatments and massages 
Required Qualifications:
  • Holder of a University degree or a diploma of an equivalent school
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Necessary previous work experience of 4+ years in hotels or as trainers in beauty centres or in companies with professional spa products or in spa service chains
  • EU citizen or EU work permit holder
