Job Description:

Personal service and information to the guests regarding the hotel services, day trips and the attractions of the region
Arranging reservations to restaurants in and out of the hotel, reservations in theatres or shows etc.
Handling guests' complaints

Required Qualifications:

A Higher Education Diploma in a related field will be considered an additional qualification
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of German, Russian or other language will be considered an additional qualification
Ability to work in a team
2 years' experience in a similar position or as a Front Office employee
EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
