Περιγραφή Εργασίας/Job Description:
  • Υπεύθυνος για την ομαλή και σωστή λειτουργία όλων των μπάρ του ξενοδοχείου
  • Επίβλεψη της ποιότητας των ποτών και του επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα που ορίζει η διεύθυνση, προκειμένου να ικανοποιηθούν οι πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου
  • Έλεγχος ότι το προσωπικό ακολουθεί τα πρότυπα των επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών, όπως ορίζονται από τη διοίκηση
  • Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού σε τακτική βάση
  • Επίβλεψη των διαδικασιών απογραφής

 

  • Responsible for the smooth and right operation of all the bars inside the hotel
  • Supervising the quality of the drinks and the standard of service, according to the standards set by the management, in order to satisfy the guests of the hotel
  • Checking that the staff follows the standards of operational procedures, as set by the management
  • Training staff on regular basis
  • Supervising the procedures of stock taking
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα Υποψηφίου/Required Qualifications:
  • Πανεπιστημιακός τίτλος Ανώτατης σχολής ή σχολής Ξενοδοχειακών σπουδών
  • Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Τριετής (3) προϋπηρεσία σε ίδια ή αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων

 

  • A Higher Education Degree or a Hotel School Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • 3 years' experience in the same or similar position
  • Organizational abilities
  • Ability to solve problems
